Why does everyone want a new bed for Christmas?

Hi,
Bloody hell! Why does everyone want their new bed for Christmas? The phone hasn't stopped ringing all day (apart from when the wife has spent hours on the phone to her sister trying to sort out Christmas visits. Little Johnny's grandma needs a bed for her visit over Christmas. They don't want to spend much, but want her to be comfortable and they don't want to look cheap! Miracles are becoming my speciality.
Don't get me wrong, I love selling beds, it's my business after all, but it's just the demand for guaranteed delivery within the next 21 days (according to my 6 year old daughters Barbie advent ca lander).
Delivery is the problem. Why can't I find some software that allows me to input a load of addresses and it tells me the best order to do it? Perhaps you know. Multimap is good but it takes forever! Good job I enjoyed Geography at school!
My poor delivery driver will be knackered. Still it will pay for his kids Christmas.
